With a career spanning more than 25 years, Keith’s experience includes the management of domestic and international media relations, content development, team management and professional development, crisis communications and integrated marketing programs for major corporations and associations.
Prior to joining Westfourth, Keith served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for L3 Electronic Systems, where he led a national team of more than 20 professionals in support of the company’s brand and outreach in the markets of pilot training, defense, aerospace, transportation, spaceflight and cybersecurity.
Previously, Keith served as Vice President of Communications for the Aerospace Industries Association and enjoyed an eighteen-year career at Lockheed Martin serving as communications director for its Information Systems & Global Solutions division, and as international communications head for Lockheed’s corporate office.
Keith began his aviation career as a flight test engineer for General Dynamics, and later utilized his technical background for aviation reporting positions with Aviation Week & Space Technology and Commercial Space magazines. During three of his eight years with Aviation Week, he was stationed in Germany as bureau chief, directing coverage of the rapidly developing European aerospace industry and evolving geo-political environment there in the late 1980s. He also served as Engineering Editor in the magazine’s New York and Los Angeles offices.
Keith graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical operations and holds a private pilot certificate.
