FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 26, 2016
Arlington, Va. – Rubin Meyer Communications, an Arlington-based public relations and marketing firm, today announced its re-launch as Westfourth Communications – a change that reflects the company’s growth and evolving capabilities as it approaches a decade of service to clients in the national capital region and across the country.
“I am proud to launch the Westfourth brand,” said Don Meyer, who co-founded Rubin Meyer and was recently named President of Westfourth Communications. “We have a new name, but our outstanding team of strategists, media professionals and creative staff remains the same, along with an unwavering commitment to our clients.”
For clients in a variety of sectors – including healthcare, defense, aerospace, financial services and IT – Westfourth will continue to provide strategic communications counsel, crisis communications, coalition management, messaging, media relations, marketing and creative design services.
Led by Meyer, whose 20-year career includes a leadership role at an international PR firm; public affairs positions in the Department of Defense; and press secretary experience on Capitol Hill; the Westfourth team includes veteran-level media relations, graphic design and digital media professionals.
“We have a great team and clients that continue to turn to us for their most high-profile, high-stakes PR challenges,” he said. “We are excited about our ongoing work for the organizations we serve, and we look forward to another decade of communications work for corporate, non-profit and advocacy groups nationwide.”
