Lily is an experienced researcher with an extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Her insights allow clients to make timely and informed decisions that help meet their strategic goals.
Previously, she worked at CLYDE as a public affairs account coordinator where she supported research and media initiatives for clients such as Protect Democracy, the Committee for Safe and Secure Elections, and More in Common.
She has also worked at education nonprofits and political advocacy organizations, where she oversaw volunteers, planned and executed events, and provided detailed research reports.
Lily holds a masters degree in data science with a focus on public affairs from American University where she conducted voter targeting analysis, mapped minority representation in international governments, and designed and coordinated various public opinion surveys. Through her research, she also earned a certificate in applied statistics. She holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and international relations from Cleveland State University where she was honored as a distinguished scholar and for her achievements in political science research.
